What is different in your fitness classes than other gyms fitness classes?
All of the fitness classes are considered small group training rather than a huge fitness class. You will get more personal attention from the group fitness instructor and have a less chance of injury in a smaller setting.

Why should I have a personal trainer at your facility?
Just Fitness is a private Studio with highly qualified personal trainers who will motivate and promise you results.

With my membership to your studio, I can use the resistance training machines, right?
The membership includes unlimited classes on a per month basis. The exceptions are the Pole Dancing classes and Fit Camp classes. If you would like to use the machines, there are personal and group training packages available.

I stretch 5 minutes before my workout and don’t ever stretch after my workouts. Is that ok?
Stretching is entirely up to the individual. However, stretching is known to help the onset of muscle soreness the next 24-48 hours after a workout. The Stretch Guru is one of 6 certified therapists in the US and he can give you a 1 hour or ½ hour session. He will also be teaching a class at Just Fitness Studio. I do cardio everyday for 1 hour on the treadmill and rarely use weights. This keeps me thin but I continue to have those soft jiggly spots. What can you do to help me and to get rid of my softness and tone up my problem areas?
Resistance training will help to firm up the soft spots. You should incorporate resistance training 2-3 times per week. Just Fitness trainers are all certified in this type of training programs to help you attain your fitness goals.

My last trainer had me do things that made me bulky and big. What will you do for me that is different to ease my skepticism towards trainers as a whole?
Our trainers are highly qualified and we listen to the clients wants and needs. We won’t make you do anything you don’t feel comfortable doing.

What is core or functional training?
Core means to train all the stabilizers of the torso, i.e. the abdominal and lower back muscles. Functional training means to work out in a way that suits your lifestyle or activity you are training for. I want to hit the ball further on the golf course, what can you do at your studio to help me?
Our golf specific trainers can help by incorporating strength and power into your workout. This will result in a longer, more powerful drive.

I am 65 yrs old and I have diabetes, asthma, chronic back pain and a hip replacement. Is there anything I can do for exercise or is it too late?
You are never too old to start an exercise program. Just Fitness trainers are ready to start you on the right track.

I eat right and I have three square meals per day, so I should loose weight, right?
No, eating right is only half the solution to losing weight, having a balance of exercise and proper nutrition will result in weight loss. Talk to one of Just Fitness Studio's nutritional consultants and set up a complimentary session today.

Is the food we buy at the grocery store safe, or is it full of toxins?
Organic whole foods are best but not all of us can afford organic foods so read your labels.
