Classes

Core Training
In this class you will work your entire mid-line, right down to the core. Strengthen your body from the inside out. Strength: Tone and sculpt your body in a fun and upbeat class. Learn form and technique in a
fast moving class.

Stretch
An incredible workout, which increases strength and flexibility through building postures that are “core” centered. This class will help define and “fine tune” your body as you focus on details including body awareness, symmetry and stabilization. Just Fitness Studio also offers one-on-one certified stretch and flexability programming.

Yoga 1
(Meditation & Stretch) For all those who seek relief from the daily grind we offer this healing program. You'll learn to let go of all your daily stresses and find a state of true relaxation. Principles include basic yoga stretches, breathing and meditation techniques. Each class will leave you renewed and ready to face the day with joy.

Yoga 2
The yoga is called Patanjali yoga. the main focus will be on:

  1. asana [the posture]
  2. pranayama [breathing technique]
  3. chanting
  4. relaxation and
  5. ayurvedic philosophy to bring vitality, flexibility, strength, harmony in mind.

Seniors Classes
A combination of core training, stretch and strengthening at a more moderate pace.

Morning Fit Camp
Starting at 5:30 am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this class will give you a jump start to your ultimate fitness goals. Designed with only the dedicated in mind, this program is offered to those who are willing to work hard to truly seek greater health, fitness and overall well-being. Each 60 minute session will include training in weights, plyometrics, core and strength. We want you to complete your four week session feeling strong and empowered. You'll burn body fat and have fun doing it! Due to the intense, accelerated nature of this program, class size is limited. Registration will begin two weeks prior to each four week session. Not included in membership.

Changing room available. Each Member will get a towel and Bottle of Water at each class.
